Land of Fire & Ice (1)

Land of Fire & Ice (1)

It's been a year since my trip to Iceland so I guess it's high time to share some of the photos:

  • Godafoss - "Waterfall of the gods" located in northern Iceland, one of the most spectacular waterfalls in this beautiful country. The water falls from  a height of 12 meters over a width of 30 meters.
  • Gullfoss - "Golden Falls", located in Southwest Iceland, one of the most iconic waterfalls with 2 stages - 11 meters and 21 meters.

More will come in next posts.

This was our last trip in June. We went to a place easily accecible by car, therefore a bit crowdy sometimes, but it was worth it. The view and sunset were really nice.

Sunset under umbrella

July is already here but I want to share some photos from our second Saturday trip from June. This time we went to Beskid Makowski and had a short walk to Koskowa mountain to catch some sunset light. The rain caught us there and we spent a moment sitting on a bench under the umbrella. What happened after was quite magical. Rainy cloud finally got to the other side of the mountain and the light of the setting sun illuminated the sky creating an impressive spectacle of light.
